Christmas was a blast this year! We really enjoyed how much Piper got into it. She loved singing Jingle Bells,The Chipmunks songs and watching The Grinch movie over and over again. I loved how she talked to Santa Claus and excitement in knowing he was coming to our house. On Christmas Eve I asked her if she wanted to write Santa a letter, she said yes and him what she wanted for Christmas and then drew a picture of him on the other side of the paper. I know this only because she asked me what Santa's hat looked like and asked me to draw it. On Christmas morning Piper came down to a full Thomas the train set and was so overwhelmed by the idea of having her own train set she didn't even see the presents under the tree! She was so excited that Santa came and wanted him to come every night after for about a week until her birthday came :) This Christmas reminded me of how special the holiday really is and I look forward to the many to come!
